The locations we cater to often have minimal resources, requiring us to confirm arrangements well in advance upon receipt of customer payments.
Hotel Bookings: Given the high demand for limited stay options, once hotels are booked, cancellations are not possible. Consequently, no refunds will be issued once bookings are confirmed.
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Peak Season (High Tourist Demand):
A 50% refund is applicable only if the cancellation request is received at least two month prior to the scheduled booking date.
Off-Season (Lower Tourist Demand):
A 50% refund is applicable only if the cancellation request is received at least one month prior to the scheduled booking date.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days after verification of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during booking unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
Cancellations requested outside the specified timeframes will not qualify for any refund.
Shivnagri reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees or non-refundable amounts incurred as part of the booking arrangements.
Customers are advised to thoroughly review the package details and confirm their travel plans before making payments.
